Playground Sentences

We are practising writing complex sentences after reading interesting sentences written by Gavin Bishop. Our sentences were about something in a playground. Many have interrupters in the middle, to add extra information.
  •  The terrifying merry go round, teleports you to horror land, making the kids scream and shout.  Ollie
  •  The sparkling sea saw shimmered in the distance as it zoomed up and down. Cooper
  • The ferociously fast spinner, making me nearly fall off, accelerated to become a blur. Sophie
  • The rusty old swing, making me feel weird, goes so high I scream.  Emma
  • The squeaky swing zoomed through the sub zero wind, nearly hitting the enormous tree. Hao Ren
  • The speedy spinner rustled through the wind, as it nearly blew me over. Tayla
  • The terrifying merry go round went as fast as lightning and the children were so dizzy that they bumped into a pole.  Zoe K
  • The terrifyingly dangerous swing is impossible to stay on as you fall off and face plant.  Ajay
  • The terrifyingly slippery swing, like a wet stone, made me fall off.  Ciara
  • The zooming flying fox sped over the dirt road, landing finally with a bump.  Lucy
