Our Own Mini Sculptures

My sculpture is a rubbish bin.  It is telling us not to litter because animals can die from eating the rubbish.
byKatie

Our sculpture says stop littering and save our birds because if you waste lots of litter that makes toxic damage to the earth.  If the endangered keas eat litter or drink it, they will get less and less and sick and die.  We tried to stop littering from everyone.
by Makoto and Jaden

Our sculpture is a toxic hammer. When you hit something it burns to pieces.  If you hit someone they burn into toxic ooze. Toxic chemicals make the hammer dangerous.  It damages the earth because it ruins trees, plants and lives.
by Peter and Jeffrey

Our sculpture has a message.  It is a toxic barrel. There is toxin around this area, so no trespassing.
by Seth and Kahu

My sculpture is an ice cream and it is so people know that it’s an ice cream shop and will come and buy.
by Nikita

My sculpture looks like a wizard but it is green, black and orange.  He has a stand on his back to stop him falling over. He’s the god of the earth.  He means achieving more and having higher standards.  He’s holding an earth – it’s incredible.
by Bailey

Our sculpture is rubbish all over and a bird trying to get out. The message we are giving is, “Don’t litter anything.”
by Zhuling

Our sculpture is about not littering in the sea and on the land.  Mother nature will not be happy.  By not littering, the world will be clean, not a rubbish dump.
by Aroha and Dereon

My sculpture is of a turtle in the water. My message is, “Help save the turtles because with all the litter that we are making it is causing turtles to die.”
by Dani

My sculpture is designed to remember Pip, our dog.  The man is actually Jack Gauld who found Pip on the bluff in the St Arnaud Range.  It means don’t take dogs in dangerous places and ban dog racing. Come on people stop annoying dogs and nature because if you treat them right they will do the same to you.
by Jack and Malachi

Our sculpture is about making the world a better place or else World War 3 will happen. Step one: Don’t be part of industrial waste.  The sculpture is a man holding the earth like mother nature.  It is also half known as the statue of liberty.

My robot is a hero.  He is nice and he saves people and he is awesome.  He is trying to stop people throwing garbage in the water so the fish won’t die.
by Liam C

Our sculpture is a mamma fish going into a net and it still has eggs.  Our message is, “Don’t take too many fish because if you take lots with eggs, they might become extinct.”
by Lainee and Ella

My sculpture is a girl, just for you to have fun on in the playground.
by Pippi

My robot is a hero.  He has one red long strong arm, also has a blue long strong arm.  He’s got a toxic head and runs really fast.  He has rocket boots and this shows us to not to drink toxic things in our environment.
