How to be Sun Smart
Things you need:
- sunblock/sunscreen
- sunglasses
- shirt
- brimmed hat
Instructions:
- Put sunblock on your skin that is showing, if you are outside. If you are going swimming at the beach, when you come out from a swim you will need to put more sunblock on your skin.
- Put wrap around glasses on. Wrap glasses are glasses thast cover around the eyes so the sunlight doesn’t come in through the gaps.
- Put a hat on but not just any kind of hat. It needs to be a brimmed hat so it can protect your ears, neck and nose.
- Put on a shirt but make sure that it isn’t a singlet. A shirt will protect your shoulders.
